I offer FREE private consultations to those interested in finding out more about coaching and how Create-a-Life coaching services can help you. Within the consultation, we generally do 15-20 minutes of coaching together while on the call. Clients find this to be very useful in helping to decide if they would like to begin a coaching programme.

Discovery Session

After a consultation, clients book their Discovery Session. This is the first session we do before we begin our coaching programme together. Occasionally, some clients opt to book a Discovery Session as a stand-alone session, without entering into a coaching programme, just for the sake of self-discovery. Either way, a Discovery Session (3 hours in length) enables us both to get a firm foundation upon which to build, and is a powerful and effective means for you to gain many of the following benefits:

• Measure your satisfaction levels in 8 key areas of your life to give you a level of control you deserve
• Discover your personal core values, which will means that you are able to make choices more easily and with more certainty that these choices will serve you
• Learn how to remove what is blocking you from achieving your dreams so that you can move more quickly towards achieving them
• Create a clear vision for your future to ensure your future is the one you want
• Define your short and long-term goals in life to give you a series of stepping-stones that you can use to achieve what you want
• Design a concrete plan of action so you can measure your progress, achieve more and move faster towards your goals
• Define and start to live your life purpose that will give you a real sense of direction and positively affect all those around you

You will also receive a detailed written summary report to help you reflect and build upon your discovery that you can refer to after the session to take you to the next level and beyond.

1-to-1 Coaching Sessions

After our Discovery Session, we work together in 1-to-1 coaching sessions that are 45-minutes in length. Co-Active Coaching is a powerful and effective means to help you develop self-awareness, confidence and personal "voice". It can also assist you in setting personal goals, and taking positive action towards achieving them. Here are some of the benefits that an ongoing co-active coaching relationship has to offer:

• A fully focussed programme that is driven solely by your own choices
• Greater personal fulfilment by helping you live your core values
• Effective strategies to help you overcome self-limiting beliefs
• Increased awareness of being present in your own life
• Realisation of you own life purpose
• Personal goal setting and action planning that is both exciting and meaningful to you
• Personal discovery activities in between sessions to help you become independent and empowered in your life

1-to-1 Coaching Packages
(non-corporate clients only)

Effective 1-to-1 coaching comes from establishing a strong working relationship between client and coach. That is why I request that new clients commit to an initial block of 12 weeks, which includes a complimentary "MOT" 3 months after completion. After the initial 12-weeks, clients may opt to continue on a session-by-session basis as they choose.

Relationship Coaching

We also offer coaching for relationships between two people. This can be a couple, a parent/child, two friends, two colleagues or any other kind of relationship. The benefits of relationship coaching are to increase communication and to learn how to use the power of the relationship that is between you in a more effective and fulfilling way.

Pricing is adjusted against the above 1-to-1 coaching packages as follows:

• Two people in same relationship being coached together: price of selected 1-to-1 package plus 25%
• Two people in same relationship being coached separately: price of two selected 1-to-1 packages, minus 33%.
• Bespoke packages (i.e., a combination of paired and individual coaching) can be put together according to your preference.

"Coaching Parties"

Do you have a social group OR professional team who would like to experience coaching in a fun, no-pressure environment? Why not throw a "coaching party"? Coaching parties are 3 hours in length, and you can select from a number of "themes" depending on the focus of the group.
